Wireless Retail Team Lead

Compensation: $32,000 – $42,000 per year

What To Expect

As a part of the
Boost Mobile Team at Computer Corner, you are joining a group of individuals who are passionate about serving the technical challenges people face in their day to day lives. We have grown to nine locations throughout Green Bay and the Fox Valley by working as a team to deliver a unique experience and build lasting customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

Store Operations:

Merchandising: inventory control, audits and aging inventory management
Cash Handling: register reconciliation, deposits, petty cash management
Customer Experience: store cleanliness, customer escalations
Standard Operation Procedures: store checklists, store procedures, inventory maintenance
Meet company deadlines and participates in local meetings and sales events

Human Resources:

Leadership: Train and develop team by creating alignment between personal and professional goals, assist in conducting employee reviews and performance improvement plans.
Reliability: Point of contact for sick call, store coverage (maintain business hours, work flexible hours, weekends and some holidays)
Labor Management: Scheduling & hour validation

Sales & Marketing

Profitability: drive sales goals and customer retention through marketing and outbound activities
Strategy: Proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans
Competency: Demonstrate solid technical competence for all products and services sold
