Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution
Supporting sales efforts
Communicate with management and customers about orders
Be knowledgeable about the product and answer questions customers may have
Contact new and existing customers

Qualifications and Skills:

Entrepreneurial sales not required but preferred.

Perseverance and productivity

Customer service

Team player but also self-sufficient.

Willing to learn and be coachable.

Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours that accommodate our customers’ needs
Strong communication skills

Passing a Background Check
