Job Description

Position Purpose

Administer a complete price book for all Kwik Fill stores including monthly sales and any other special pricing.

Position Description – Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

Enter new pricing for Kwik Fill stores including accurate barcode, description, cost, vendor and retail.
Enter all monthly sales that are in the monthly planner.
Enter all Cigarette pricing each month.
Create Mix Match Sales.
Create and print barcodes.
Change any pricing that is requested from all merchandising personnel.
Receive and process pricing additions/changes from Kwik Fill stores via fax, phone, and/or email.
Run weekly, monthly, and any inventory reports per request.
Update any retail/cost changes from all vendors when supplied.
Enter fuel pricing each afternoon after 3:00 PM.
Keep accurate pricing files from vendors/merchandising personnel for future use.
Back up any other personnel as needed in the merchandising department.
Keep accurate store files for each fax that is received for at least six months. Purge these files every six months.
Receive scanning violations; correct with stores; and request checks for payment from Cliff Brazie.
Relieve Price Book Administrator for time off.

Qualifications

Must have interpersonal skills such as talking to store managers on the phone, as well as interacting with office personnel. Ability to work independently and multitask.

Physical Demands

Sitting for long periods of time, standing/bending, filing, lifting up to 25lbs.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience

Previous computer experience preferred
