Preconstruction and Contracts Manager – Fairfax, VA

Preconstruction and Contracts Manager to oversee successful execution and completion of all projects
Job Description:
· Work with estimating and construction teams from bid start to project completion
· Review bid solicitations and organize information for estimating
· Respond to bid and project correspondence from new and existing customers
· Manage project contract information
· Prepare project scopes and organize new construction documents
· Monitor project tasks including all necessary permits and inspections
· Oversee project schedules
· Effectively communicate customer expectations to construction team
· Track all changes in project scope and schedule and submit change orders to customers
· Generate progress billing and final billing
· Ensure successful completion of projects and maintain customer satisfaction Qualification
· At least five years of related work experience required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
