24-hour company support with our Security Operations Center (SOC)
1 hour of sick pay for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.

Anticipated Schedule: Overnight Saturdays and Sundays 10 pm -6 amExpected Starting Wage: Anticipated start at $16-$18 hourly, depending on experience.*What You Will be Doing: *The Security Officer will be will monitor and analyze security activities. This includes the following job duties:

Monitors by video and identifies any suspicious activity and activates alarm response protocols for patrol.
Answers all patrol escalation calls including vehicle accidents or mechanical issues.
Respond to any immediate Patrol Team needs.
Roam and patrol the job site using environmental awareness and visual and verbal cues to protect the property and uphold the rules of the business.
Reply to emails and return phone calls timely and professionally.
Monitor equipment and personnel resources to coordinate and prioritize needs.
Office gatekeeper – receives guests politely and friendly & directs accordingly.
Familiarize themselves with all jobsite SOP’s, client nuances, and employee policies to support Operations management by delivering expedient services.
Guard the exterior of the building for staff closing procedures.
Consistently remain accountable to routine job site duties that are repetitious. (Ability to complete job tasks with limited oversight.)
Willing to take direction from leadership with a friendly, and customer service-oriented attitude and achieve job duties set forth at the site by Code 4 Management.
Uses superior customer service to address client and patron issues daily.
Follows all Code 4 established processes, HR guidelines, compliance with site SOP’s, and communication requirements.
Uses Code 4 technology platforms, including scheduling software and online employee portal to stay current on all information and direct employees appropriately.
Adheres to all Use of Force law in the State of Colorado and internal Code 4 Use of Force procedures and standards.
Complete daily patrol stops at jobsites and follow all required checks at each location.
Patrol facilities/buildings/jobsites in vehicle and/or by foot checking for suspicious behavior.
Obey all applicable traffic laws and Code 4 rules as outlined in the HR Policy Manual.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1+ years customer service and/or security experience and high school diploma or GED.
Intermediate computer and technology skills to operate innovative, wireless technology and various client and Code 4 software platforms.
Ability to sit for minimum of 8 hours.
Driving Employees: Age 26 and older preferred (for vehicle insurance purposes), Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.

Our screening process includes criminal background checks for applicants that are offered a position.
