OFFICE RELATIONS MANAGER
Description

OFFICE RELATIONS MANAGER assumes management responsibility for scheduling, human resources, recruiting, business office, financials, and oversees the administrative personnel for related positions of the Agency.
OFFICE RELATIONS MANAGER plans and develops new programs, recruits and interviews caregiving and office administrative personnel and establishes scheduling procedures for measuring quality care and organizational performance.
OFFICE RELATIONS MANAGER implements adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, budgets spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency, customer service, along with human utilization.
OFFICE RELATIONS MANAGER reviews performance against operating plans and standards. Provides reports to leadership and subordinates on interpretation of results and implements changes in direction of plans.

Responsibilities/Activities

Manage Agency’s business office affairs and general operations.
Ensure the Agency complies with all relevant federal, state and accreditation regulations.
Supervise the development of governing body directives and Agency policies and procedures related to scheduling, human resources, recruiting, business office, financials, that support its purpose and goals while adhering to industry standards and established regulations.
Recruit, select, hire and provide initial orientation to all new caregivers and office personnel. Ensure qualified staff are hired, in accordance with job descriptions.
Assure appropriate staff supervision during all operating hours.
Oversees the human resources component of the agency for office administrative personnel and direct care, field staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, licensing and accreditation regulations.
Undertake fiscal planning by budgeting and managing operations in accordance with established fiscal parameters.
Monitor invoicing, billing, accounts receivable and collections.
Oversee and ensure long term care insurance submissions for clients.
Operational excellence resulting in superior client and caregiver satisfaction.
Facilitate the recruiting and scheduling process to ensure that the caregivers and field staff are appropriately assigned to clients according to their needs.
Oversee schedules to ensure accuracy in the input of rates, times etc in the agency’s scheduling software.
Ensure overtime is kept at minimum to reach financial goals of the agency.
Perform routine and random quality checks.
Ensures care of home care clients are clinically appropriate as evidenced by client needs being met through appropriate assignment of caregivers using the Plans of Care.
Coordinate exceptional care including adjustments schedules, and communication with the client, family members, and professionals involved in the client’s care, as needed.
Managing cases, including scheduling, recruiting and billing assistance during and after normal business hours.
Participate in meetings, marketing conferences and conventions as needed.
Prepared to work on-call.
Perform duties of directly-reporting office and administrative staff if they are unable to perform their tasks and duties to avoid lapse in agency’s operations.
Perform other duties as requested by Governing Body.

Qualifications/Education

Bachelor’s Degree required

Training/Experience:

Prior Home Care/Home Nursing Management Experience Preferred.
Previous health care marketing experience; Home Care preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite and general computer proficiency.
At least two year related Health care experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
