Job Description

Worth & Company, Inc., a full-service mechanical construction company outside of Doylestown PA, is currently seeking an experienced HR Director to direct and manage all Human Resource functions and manage its staff. This is both a strategic and hands on role reporting directly to the VP of Shared Services and Chief Executive Officer and working with the leadership team. Develop corporate plans and policies for a broad spectrum of HR matters including recruiting and retention strategies, performance evaluation and reviews, incentive compensation plans, benefits, health and safety and employee engagement.

Conduct New Employee Orientation
Oversee the ongoing enrollment and maintenance of company benefits plans
Pro-actively address employee relations issues for office, shop and field staff
Conduct internal investigations, under the direction of the CHRO
Visit job-sites as needed to meet with employees
Oversee the coordination and administration for all company events
Attend recruiting functions at association events, tech schools, etc.
Conduct exit interviews
Insure compliance with affirmative action policies
Complete pre-employment paperwork or new employees
Support recruitment / onboarding
Recommend / develop new approaches, policies and procedures that align with company objectives
Co-Chair Activities committe
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
