Job Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will provide full-cycle recruitment, administer FMLA, and coordinate special projects within the Human Resources (HR) department.

Responsibilities and Duties·
Full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple locations
Establish network of contacts with schools
Attend career fairs
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Administer FMLA process
Coordinate employee schedule process
Maintaining departmental policies and programs
Responding to employee inquiries
Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports
Maintaining, storing, and securing staff records
Plans and coordinates departmental events as needed
Perform all other tasks as assigned
Assist HR Director as needed
Qualifications
At least 3 years’ experience in human resources
Strong people skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong skills formatting in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid Driver’s License Required
Hours
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Must be willing to work Saturday’s occasionally
