Cryptologic Linguist – Army (FT) – Manchester, NH

This is an entry-level position with no experience necessary.

Position Responsibilities:

A cryptologic linguist is primarily responsible for identifying foreign communications using signal equipment. Their role is crucial as the nation’s defense depends largely on information that comes from foreign languages.

Some Job Duties include:
Identifying and analyzing foreign communications.
Recognize changes in transmission modes and tip the appropriate authority.
Provide translation expertise to analysts.
Provide transcriptions and translations from foreign communications.
Attend Basic training (10 Weeks) and Advanced Training (52 Weeks) with pay.
Complete (ASVAB).

Basic Qualifications:

Age – 17 to 34 years old.

Education:

Current Senior in High School (HS), HS Diploma, GED, or higher.

Citizenship:

U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident.

Submit to the background and medical screening.
