JOB SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of Nebraska Banks, as well as other lending officers. Schedules time, receives visitors, takes payments, and provides general administrative and loan support among various other duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a. Provides administrative support for the COO/President and other Lending Officers.
b. Schedule time, receive visitors, typing, filing, taking payments, typing loans/with appropriate documentation and performing various duties.
c. Handle situations directed to COO/President, pass on information gathered to executive for further action.
d. Perform specialized and confidential work, gather data, analyze and prepare reports.
e. Set priorities and organize the administrative workload for the area.
f. Compose type and sign standard letters of reply.
g. Answer, respond and direct telephone calls promptly and professionally. Take messages as needed.
h. Reviewing previous days loan input and reports making sure corrections are completed.
i. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. 5-10 years of experience.
3. Bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred.
4. Must possess administrative and organizational skills.
5. Must have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
6. Must be assertive and possess excellent decision-making abilities.
7. Keyboarding and computer skills required. Typing speed of 70 wpm. Software skills needed such as: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
8. Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
9. Self-sufficient / self-starting.

10. General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, selling skills, team skills and time management.
11. Professional appearance.
12. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Physical Requirements:
Light Work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
