Child Care Center Director – West Hartford, CT

Purpose :
The Director provides leadership to the center. The Director develops policies. priorities, projects, programs and budgets, The director develops and administrators the center’s capabilities to offer childcare programs in accordance with the philosophies and policies of the center.
Key responsibilities :
To exercises leadership with in the community to deal with changing needs and concerns
To develop appropriate resources to achieve the center’s objectives.
