Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bothell, WA

Sprout Therapy Group is looking for an energetic, communicative individual to run applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a school setting. The hours are part time, but we can piece together full-time if needed. The CBT will:
a. Teach socially appropriate communication and daily living skills to a pediatric populationb. Deliver curriculum / programming in accordance with ABA principles and strategies, as outlined in CBT and RBT courseworkc. Take data on a real-time data collection platformd. Monitor caregiver performance and progress in ABA skills traininge. Effectively communicate and collaborate with caregivers, teachers, teammates, and members of the communityf. Teach clients who may exhibit aggression, self-injurious behaviors, or elopementg. Take RBT test within the first 6 months of employment
Requirements:a. Have a CBT certification for Washington Stateb. A high school diplomac. A reliable method of transportation to clients’ homes, schools, and other community locations / events on the East Sided. A reliable communication devicee. Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred:a. RBT certificationb. Experience in ABAc. Students developing careers in ABA, education, special education, psychology, speech and language pathology, child development, or occupational therapy
