We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fast growing company. The responsibilities include managing cash, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the best guest experience. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
Train and coach new employees
Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Address customer and employee issues
Resolve conflicts between workers
Foster and maintain a positive work environment
Scheduling
Manage labor and food costs

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role
Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations
Commitment to excellent service
Working well within a team
Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast
Strong problem-solving aptitude
Ability to stand for long periods
ABLE license is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
